As a manufacturing company serving the automotive industry, we at Japan Plastics Technologies (JPTech) are committed to consistently providing high-quality products that meet customer expectations and contributing to the safety and development of society.
- We ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable laws and standards (including IATF16949) and respond appropriately to customer-specific requirements.
- We will establish a quality assurance system that ensures stable product quality through continuous improvement of process capability and thorough prevention of abnormal outflow.
- All employees understand the importance of quality and foster a quality culture through adherence to standards and improvement proposals.
- We set quality objectives and promote continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle to achieve enhanced customer satisfaction.
This policy is communicated to all employees and reviewed on a regular basis to achieve ongoing improvement in the effectiveness of the quality management system.
All plants are IATF16949 certified from September 2018.
Environmental Policy
Japan Plastics Technologies (JPTech) will realize world-class quality through designing, manufacturing and selling of the plastic parts together with making an effort to realize the symbiosis with nature environment by conducting technology development and business activities with taking environmental protection in mind.
- Hold strong awareness as a member of the local community and will conduct activities with having global environment protection in mind.
- Will understand the environmental regulations and comply with the laws and regulations.
- We will continue to work to reduce environmental impacts such as energy consumption, waste, and wastewater/emissions.
- We actively promote the 3R and work to reduce waste generation, contributing to the creation of a circular society.
- We will work on preventing environmental pollution through an environmental management system by setting an environmental target and by conducting continuous review/improvement.
- The Environmental Policy shall be made public to all employees and shall be widely disclosed.
All plants are ISO14001 certified from August 2012.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Japan Plastics Technologies (JPTech) positions Health and Safety activity as a top priority item in operating our business. We are to hold up a healthy and safe working environment as an ideal state and continuously work to secure employees’ safety and to improve the working environment. Also, we will pay attention to the impact of the local communities and will engage in the business activities.
- We will strictly comply with labor safety and health laws, industry standards, and internal rules, and maintain an appropriate management system.
- We place the highest priority on safety in all operations, continuously eliminating and reducing hazards, and striving for zero workplace accidents.
- We will provide continuous education and training on occupational safety and health to all employees, enhancing their safety awareness and skills.

Information Security Policy
Japan Plastics Technologies (JPTech) will protect the information assets entrusted to us by our customers and business partners and those held by our company from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes. We will work on information security on a company-wide basis, based on the following policies.

Response to violations and accidents
In the unlikely event that a violation of laws, regulations, contracts, or an accident related to information security occurs, the Company will minimize the impact by promptly implementing initial responses to prevent the damage from spreading and will endeavour to prevent recurrence. -
Continuous Improvement
We will strive for continuous improvement in order to maintain and improve our information security management system and security measures.
